So life is totally different now that I’m not working. Not every day is the same since it depends on if I’m home or helping my family out. Right now my job title is full time student and a full time blogger; it might sound like I have a ton of time on my hands but I promise I don’t! Below is what a typical day for me is like if I’m staying home with Conor for that part of the week.
7:00am    Wake up and get ready
7:30 Â Â Â Â Â Â Head out for a run, I’m still training for my 10k
8:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Actually get ready for my day, if I don’t get ready then I’m not productive at all!
9:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Eat breakfast, peruse the news and begin answering emails or messages
10:00 Â Â Â Â Â Run around and try to clean up as many messes as possible before I get bored of that
11:00 Â Â Â Â Â Reading time! I spend an hour catching up on readings for class. If I don’t break it up throughout my day, it just won’t get done.
12:00 Â Â Â Â Â Lunch time! I take my sweet time to make my lunch and I eat it out on the balcony since it’s really nice out now.
1:00pm    My French lesson via Rosetta Stone. In order for me to graduate my master’s program I need to be able to research in another language. I wanted to continue learning Italian however French is much more useful in my field. More people speak it in the areas that I’m most interested in working with so it only makes sense to work on becoming fluent at some point.
2:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work on my blog. For this next hour I try to do as much as possible for my blog, typically I end up using it to take photos for my posts since I have a good amount of sunlight. If I don’t need to take pictures I spend it either writing or outlining future posts
3:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Study Hour for Class A, this is an hour I’ll work to finish any work that I need to catch up on or review. I alternate which class I study for.
4:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Free hour to spend doing anything that needs to get done, maybe continuing my study hour or cleaning up the apartment.
5:00      Start prepping and cooking for dinner. After I’ve cooked, Conor and I will typically  sit and eat together unless one of us has an incredible amount of work to finish.
6:30 -8 Â Â Â I work on my homework for class or finish up readings for the following week. There’s a lot to read for class, it’s crazy sometimes.
8:00 Â Â Â Â Â Â Prep for class. I’ll sit and review what I’ve been working on the past week for the class. Because we meet only once a week sometimes if I worked on something directly after last weeks class it’s going to be a little fuzzy to me. It’s helpful to review terms and summaries of the readings.
9:00 Â Â Â Â Â Class time, this is only a few nights out of the week but the next 90 minutes is spent in my virtual classroom
10:30 Â Â Â Class is finally over and I start getting ready to head to bed!
11:00 Â Â Â Bed finally!!
Tell me how you spend your day! I’m always wondering what other people are doing. 🙂
